I really do hope you can feel the spring in the air, as in my place it's snowing! However, in case you also feel like staying in, I have some interesting courses you can enjoy this month. This time I focused on the courses that can help you improve your attitude, so you can become not only better educators, but also happier people. So, let's get started!

7 Free Online Courses in March
March isn't the most beautiful month in the year - the days are getting longer, but it doesn't mean they are nicer, even though we may enjoy some random walks. However, the upcoming spring, and the promise of new beginnings, make March the perfect time to focus on your CPD and take a look at some free online courses! As usually, I found seven courses that look pretty promising.

The One Thing You Should Do in 2023
There are probably many things on your To Do In 2023 list already, however I don't think you have thought about the thing I write. In fact, this is something we usually don't focus on - I mean, if we have it, it's cool, and if we don't have it, we don't even think about it. And we really, really should, especially if we teach!

Long, hopefully rainy evenings are just made to stay in and enjoy the coziness of warm blanket, cup of one's favourite beverage... and a nice online course. There are so many wrong things about the mistakes, like: judging others, feeling ashamed, stressed or frustrated - but we can change this!
I won't tell you the ultimate trick to stop making mistakes, but I can share three simple activities that will help your students overcome their anxieties. Because mistakes are awesome - and so are we!

Effective homework
It's not easy to make your students actually do the homework. I believe that effective homework should be:
a) short
b) relevant
c) engaging
d) fun
And I have some simple homework ideas your students will enjoy!

This March was a really draining month, so the courses I've found focus on what I, and a lot of the people I know, need most: mental help. We're facing a humanitarian crisis, and all of us, especially those educators who work with kids and teens might need all the help possible. So here are some short courses that might actually help you - and your students.

Breathe In, Breathe Out: 5 Breathing Activities for Teachers and Students
As you know, I’m a fan of mindfulness, but I know some of the exercises take time. That’s why I thought about various breathing activities – they’re short, easy to implement in a daily schedule (or in a classroom), and they really work!

Let's Talk About Lesson Goals
We all know how important lesson goals are, but can we talk about them with our students? And if yes - how can we do it, if we usually run out of time anyway and one more lesson stage seems just too much?

7 Free Online Courses in February
It's February, which means I've browsed the net to find some courses that would be useful, interesting, sensible and free - and I want to share with you seven courses that caught my attention. Maybe they will inspire you to learn something new?
