7 Free Online Courses in February: Chill and Relaxation
Woohoo, the January Resolutions month is over! Begone, the false prophet of productivity! Let’s get back to normal!
I want you to think of February as a month when you take a look at nature and follow its lead. Take a look at the nearest tree, then. What is it doing? That’s right: it’s sleeping, bidding its time, relaxing. So, instead of trying to be 100% productive, take a break. It’ll be springtime soon, restless and fickle, but now relax, and encourage your students to do likewise.
I’ll share some ideas how to use breaks in our classroom, but as promised, I’m starting our Relaxed February with some free online courses that will help you see the benefits of relaxation. I tried to find courses that may be useful not only for you, but also for your students, so you may use them in case you have some extra classes.
