7 Free Online Courses in July
Have you started your summer break? Lucky you! Are you planning to chill in a summer breeze somewhere at the seaside? Or would you rather hike in the mountains? Or maybe you’re into city tours? Well, wherever you go, you may learn something new – and if you stay in, you may take up a nice online course. As usual, I found seven free courses that will be perfect for the summer!
Teaching Young Learners Online by the British Council
Start: self-paced
Duration: 3 weeks
Recommended for: English language teachers, teaching young learners (5-17) in an online environment
You will learn:
- how to build relationships with learners, between learners and with parents, and be present and supportive when teaching online
- about privacy and safety issues online and how to help learners and parents think critically about online risks and behaviour

Recommended for: people in management positions in education, including school leaders, headmasters and school owners
