Isn't it funny, one week everything is OK, and the next week, we're all online, kids and adults alike, students, parents and teachers, looking for guidance and support in a new environment. And once you get used to teaching adults, boom! now, go and switch your younger students online! And you know what? You can do that!

You may not be familiar with a Polish national treasure a.k.a. CD Projekt RED, you may not even realise massive hype connected with probably the most expected game since Red Dead Redemption 2 (at least for some), but you must have heard of two names that have been coming up in trending on the internet for the past ten days - Keanu Reeves and Cyberpunk 2077.

It's the middle of winter, so if today isn't the best day to share my favourite cool downs, I don't know what is! I think warm ups are far more popular, but the exercises at the end of the lesson are equally important as they help students remember the things they've learned that day and close the lesson in a friendly, relaxed and enjoyable manner. Below you will find my favourite cool down ideas - maybe you'll find them as useful as they were for my own students. The good thing about the ideas below is that you only need pen and paper - and that's it, enjoy!
